At So’Black Family, we value your support and want to be transparent about how we process and ship your orders. Please read the information below to understand our timelines.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods (holidays, new launches, vendor events), processing may take up to 10 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping Times
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, postal carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, supply chain issues, etc.).
International shipping may take 10–21 business days depending on customs clearance in your country.
Possible Delays
We work hard to get your order out quickly, but please understand that delays may occur due to:
High seasonal demand (holidays, restocks, new drops)
Carrier slowdowns (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
Inventory or supply chain issues beyond our control
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to update.
